The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing support planning, development, and continuing design refinements of the CSU Student Success Dashboard. The purpose of the dashboard is to introduce CSU campus leaders to tools that can help them to improve student retention and graduation. It serves as a tool for campuses to evaluate the effects that their programs have had, are having, and will have on student success. The Contractor shall provide planning, development, design and support of the CSU Student Success Dashboard using the web technologies referenced in Section 5. The dashboard will support the goals of the CSU Graduation Initiative which seeks to improve graduation rates for all students, and eliminate the achievement gap on all CSU campuses. Appendix G – CSU Student Success Dashboard Project Overview provides further information about the project. The Contractor will not be required to be onsite for production.
