The intent of this study is to analyze existing condition assessment information, update outdated or missing condition assessment information, provide oversight of additional cleaning, CCTV or manned entry related activities performed by others, identify a suite of projects to address poor condition assets and potentially improve upon the limited access to the infrastructure in the identified area and perform related alternative analyses. The selected Consultant shall perform condition assessments of these sewer crossings in one coordinated effort, use the calibrated Mill Creek system wide model to evaluate alternatives and provide a technical memorandum summarizing the results. AACE Class 5 cost estimates for each of the alternatives (or combination of alternatives) shall be developed as part of the overall alternatives analysis.
