Sources Sought for Certified General Licensed Fee Appraisers
Synopsis:
The Department of the Air Force, 377 MSG/CEIA has a need to identify certified general licensed fee appraisers to conduct real property appraisals. Your firm is invited to submit certification/licensing for all staff members who may be providing this appraisal service.
Required items for submission are as follows:
1) Must furnish copy of current Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) training certificate.
2) Provide copy of current Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) "Yellow Book" course completion certificate
3) Must be a State certified general appraiser or a qualified government review appraiser
4) Preferably hold the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation
5) Provide two work samples of UASFLA assignments performed within the past three years
6) All documents provided will NOT be returned and must be furnished in PDF format;
7) Email your complete package to CTCSOURCESSOUGHT@important registration information. All firms interested in doing business with the government must have a DUNS number. You may obtain a DUNS number at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform . All firms must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be identified as a small business. Note: You must have a DUNS number first before registering in SAM. Visit www.sam.gov to register once you've obtained a DUNS number.
