The U.S. Census Bureau in support of the Chief Technology Office (CTO) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide professional implementation services to validate and champion best practices and solutions for the USCB CTO. Specifically, these services include: (1) the implementation of the Enterprise Data lake Proof-of-Concept (EDL-POC) by integrating and configuring various services and technologies, (2) the migration of the EDL-POC from a research environment to a development/test environment then to the production environment, and (3) the creation of documentation and Authorization to Operate (ATO) support around these efforts as required.

THIS IS A REQUEST TO DETERMINE POTENITAL SOURCES CAPABLE OF FULFILLING THIS REQUIREMENT ONLY. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Census Bureau is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
