The Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse, and mental health services (including psychiatric services). The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within 40 miles from the Burlington, Vermont City Hall, located at 149 Church Street, Burlington, VT 05401 and accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2020. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.

Intake Assessments - 1 unit (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 10 units
Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 32 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 320 units
Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 48 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 480 units
Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 8 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 40 units

The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work dated April 2013. The request for quotation will be available on or after May 26, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov.
