The solicitation number is FA8601-21-Q-0100. The NAICS Code is 336419 – Manufacturing Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Parts and Auxiliary Equipment. The Government(AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is “Blue Canyon Technologies.” The item being procured is two (2) high precision CubeSat Attitude and Determination Control Systems (ADCS) and two (2) sets of six (6) integrated course sun sensors (CSS) required for proper operations this service will be performed in accordance with the SOW. This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The entire communication must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted.
