This is a non-personal services contract to provide curatorial services such as the management and curation of Government owned archaeological collections per 36 CFR 79. Provide curatorial services to manage and curate approximately 605 cubic feet of existing Corps archaeological collection(s) that include archeological materials and associated archival records, photographs, slides, maps, etc., recovered as a result of past Corps projects, in their existing condition (John Martin Dam and Reservoir [56] and Trinidad Lake and Dam [549]). From time to time, new materials may be added to the collection(s) or existing portions of the collection may be removed; a contract modification shall be necessary to document the addition of new materials to or removal of materials from the collection(s) and account for the curatorial services rendered that may include accession or deaccession fees. Regarding data contained within the archival records and specifically archaeological site locations: Public Disclosure of Archaeological Site Locations is Prohibited by 54 U.S.C. 307103 (36 CFR 296.18).
