The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to CWC Electronics Systems, Inc., for Curtiss-Wright hardware.  The specified hardware cannot be substituted in order to ensure the hardware is compatible with existing fielded hardware already in use. 

FAR 6/302-1(a)(2) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
