Solicitation: Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3034 will be issued on or about 12-May-2021 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov.  This requirement is for Custodial Services at Facility MO008, located at 1610 W Columbia St, Farmington, MO 63640.  The performance period is from 1-September-2021 to 31-August-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (1610 W Columbia St, Farmington, MO 63640) on Wednesday, 19-May-2021 at 10:00 a.m. CST.

Amendment 1: The purpose for Amendment 1 was to respond to vendor questions and to update the POC and where quotes should be sent for this requirement to Jana Knapp; [email protected].

Amendment 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 was to update the Wage Determination to the most recent version. 

Amendment 3: The purpose of Amendment 3 was to correct a typo in the State Abbreviation of Missouri.
