This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside under NAICS 561720. The size standard is $19.5 Million.

An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be awarded with 1 Base + 4 Option Years.

The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective 16 July 2018.

Questions: Offerors shall submit all questions and requests for clarifications no later than 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time on 18 March 2020. The decision to respond to questions and requests for clarification received after 4:30 pm on 18 March 2020 shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
