The Bureau of Indian Education seek to obtain Custodial Services to provide various levels of cleaning, special requirements, floor cleaning services, sanitizing touch points and providing COVID 19 cleaning throughout the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI which is located at 9169 Coors Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico in Bernalillo County. E. The period of performance for this procurement will consist of one 12 month Base Year with four (4) additional Option Years. F. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140A2320Q0284. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 effective 07-02-2020.
