The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain insight into the interest, capabilities and qualifications of firms to perform a supply type contract and to determine if there is adequate competition to compete and successfully perform. This Sources Sought notice is non-restricted and is a market research tool used for planning purposes only. 

The scope of work for this requirement entails supplying and delivering custodial supplies to OPM-SANG’s G4 section, which is located on Eskan Village military compound at Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  

See Attachment 1 for the list of custodial supplies to provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM), delivery time and expected date of arrival to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The magnitude of this project is between $15,000 and $25,000. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339999 and PSC Code is 7930.

SOURCES SOUGHT QUESTIONS:

Prior experience with supplying supplies for the dining facility (DFAC) on a military installation or Commercial 

 entities that have similar scope and magnitude. Provide examples, preferably with a Military Installation, with

summaries of past performance for up to (3) three supply projects within the last 5 years. Include as much of the

following information as possible:

1. 1. Supply / Purchasing experience
   2. Dollar amount of the contract
   3. Brief description of that project
   4. Description of work performed and whether it was self-performed or performed by a subcontractor. Specifically identify any work self-performed other than administrative.
   5. Indication of project duration

The response must be specific to the qualifications listed above to show that the respondent is qualified and possesses the necessary skills, experience and capabilities.  If a response does not clearly demonstrate that the respondent meets the qualifications, possess the necessary skills, experience and capability the response will not be considered as confirmed capability for the purposes of market research which will be used to support procurement planning initiatives.
