# Title General Information 10 Request for Quotation This serves as an official Request for Quotation (RFQ) for products and/or services in accordance with Sandia's terms and conditions. # Title Mandatory Requirement 10 PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS The Offeror shall perform the following actions in order to be considered responsive for this effort: 1) The Offeror shall respond to all mandatory criteria on this BOW posting to indicate acknowledgement that they have read and followed all instructions. 2) The Offeror shall email their official quote to [email protected] .
