The requested service The Center for Human Immunology, Autoimmunity and Inflammation (CHI), part of the NIAID, is involved in the study and characterization of both normal and pathogenic human immunomes at bulk and single cell levels. Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing (CITE-seq) allows for immunophenotyping of cells with a potentially limitless number of markers and unbiased transcriptome analysis using existing single-cell sequencing approaches.
