Option Year 1: 1 June 2019 - 31 May 2020

This is being solicited and evaluated under procedures of Federal Acquisition
Regulations Part 12, Commercial Items, and of Federal Acquisition
Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government will award of a Firm Fixed
Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the
requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
The anticipated delivery will be FOB Destination. All responsible contractors
may submit a quotation and will be considered by 768 EABS/Contracting.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to
reimburse an offeror for any costs. Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to
be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the
attached solicitation. Response to this solicitation must be received via email
by 10 May 2018 no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses
should be marked Customs exonerations_Contractor name .
