This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement the Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Cole-Parmer Instrument Company, LLC. The Associated North America Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size is 1,000.  All responses received within thirty (30) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than PM 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Friday  September 25, 2020.
