Cylinder Racks for ODS Reserve Office at Richmond

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The solicitation number SP4703-17-Q-0002 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and attached to this notice.  This is a firm-fixed price award.  This acquisition is sole source requirement to UNICOR/Federal Prison Industry (FPI).  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332313.  The small business size standard is 750 employees.  Partial proposals will not be accepted.  Pricing for all line items as well as the delivery terms must be submitted with the quote. 

This requirement is to provide cylinder racks to DoD ODS Reserve Program Office, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297.  Item Description is as follows:

UNICOR P/N SRKCYLRACK53, ½ Ton Cylinder Racks, Quantity 375 each.

Award will be made to UNICOR/Federal Prison Industry (FPI). 

The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award.  If not already registered in CCR and ORCA, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
