The contractor shall provide two (2) Point-to-Point DS1 (T-1) circuits to support PBX and Network connection between VA Ann Arbor Health System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 and VHA Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) Clinic at 3800 Packard Road, Suite 120, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. This circuit must be able to handle voice (over IP), video, and data. Contractor must provide evidence indicating that this service is and has been their primary business for a period of greater than five (5) years. Offerors failing to meet this requirement will not be considered for award. Contract is for the period of the November 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one (1) year option(s) for the VA Ann Arbor Health System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract.
