The National Science Foundation intends to procure on a sole-source basis from the University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development (UCAID) participation in the Abilene Program for Internet 2, and membership in the MAX Advanced Regional Internetworking Project. The period of performance is one base year and one option year. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302 and is for informational purposes only.
