The NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC ), San Diego, Contracting Department in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price requirement on a sole source basis to ATEGO SYSTEMS INC, 5930 Cornerstone Court West Suite 250, San Diego, CA 92121, for the procurement of Atego ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition – Cross Development System; License for annual maintenance and support for 12 months. This procurement is to support the Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW) located at the Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA 92135. This requirement is being issued on a sole source basis to ATEGO SYSTEMS INC which is the proprietary sole source for this product and which possesses the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to fulfill the Navy’s requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for said items is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
