The products and services required for work to be accomplished are: Motorola items needed for the replacement and maintenance of existing equipment of the INS enforcement radio systems at several district locations. This change is needed due to a new legal requirement. The requirement is that all federal law enforcement agencies be able to interact on same radio channels for immediate communications. Required parts are only available from Motorola for the existing radio communications system. This requirement is identified by reference number 5TC1502137. NAICS Code 4214 [Professional and Commercial Equipment and Supplies Wholesale] applies. Size standard is 500+ employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
