The V A Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, in accordance with FAR 6.302, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SIEMENS MEDICAL SOLUTIONS USA, INC, 750 Holiday Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220; for annual service agreements for AXION Sensis Hemo and Acom.Net Server C or E for the period from January 1 through December 31, 2010. The anticipated award date is on or about December 31, 2009. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI
