The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, VA, intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, digital circuit, capable of supporting E-1 (2.048 mbps) service between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Bangkok, Thailand and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Beltsville Information Management Center, Beltsville, Maryland in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options.
