Notice of Intent to Sole Source to the Phoenix Satellite Television Holding, Ltd in Hong Kong, China for a Firm Fixed Price service contract for: editing a minimum of six (6) versions of at least 2 minutes, in duration of short shows, from two (2) 23 minute documentary style programs to be broadcast in the Mandarin language. The contract is to be awarded under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The sole source requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2) and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement with Hong Kong in accordance with FAR 25.401(a)(5) the Governments cost estimate is between $100,000.00 and $168,000.00. The service will be available for broadcast from November 17, 2006 through December 25, 2006.
