The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a request for interest (RFI) from companies in regard to a solicitation that will soon be released. We are planning a single solicitation that, upon award, will procure services such as Centrex or Centrex-like service & Trunking. Minimum standard feature packages for voice services shall include: voice mail, conferencing 6-way/3-way, call transfer, call forwarding, and call hunting. Our geographic areas of concern are all major islands within the State of Hawaii. Our primary acquisition planning strategy is to identify firms with resources to deliver services, in total. Of special note, please understand that the list is not inclusive of all cities within the state. The majority of our existing services is in larger service areas; however, the breadth of our requirements have increasing potential in the more remote areas; specifically, the rural areas. Therefore, we are conducting a survey to assess whether adequate competition is probable for each of the islands within the State of Hawaii. The below workbook is one of the tools to be used in preparing the solicitation. You may add to this listing if you provide services in cities not listed. Should you consider competing in all existing service areas, or if you would compete for the entire state, please indicate in the appropriate box. Otherwise, mark the specific areas you would compete.
