The Navy Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source contract to CYA Technologies, Cyber Park, 100 Technology Drive, Trumbull, CT. for CYA HOTBackup Software, File Manager, Virtual Standby and Inspector under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded 28 September 2004.
