The VAMC has a requirement for maintenance/repair services, including all parts, labor, and software upgrades to r the Dictaphone Powerscribe systems located at Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68105 and VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, for proprietary reasons Dictaphone, Inc. is the only company that can provided the required service.
