The U.S. Department of State intends to issue a purchase order to GRR, Inc., at 11005 Devenish Drive, Oakton, Va., a small, woman owned business, to provide the continuation of Digital Video Conferencing Program (DVC) consultant services on behalf of the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs domestic and international operations. GRR initially installed the current technology being used in the DVC program both domestically and at foreign service posts abroad and currently holds the annual maintenance agreement for the DVC system. GRR has provided consultant services for the DVC in the past and knows the existing technology and telecommunications conditions at both domestic and abroad locations. Performance under this effort entails travel to several U.S. Missions abroad. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Government intends to solicit only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
