This acquisition is for the renewal of software licenses, enhancements, and annual maintenance for GoalMinds eUCAPERS module. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The estimated contract value is $85,000. Period of performance is 15 June 2007 -14 June 2010 for the base year and two one-year option periods. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
