The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Central Office, Washington, DC intends to negotiate with Dialog Medical, 3075 Breckinridge, Duluth, GA, 30096 under the authority of FAR 6.302 to continue to provide licensing and maintenance for the iMedConsent software program and catalog of clinical materials (English and Spanish). Interested parties must respond in writing to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
