NA The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), in order to meet specialized information technology needs, intends to award a follow-on contract to CACI, Inc., Arlington, VA, a large business, for continued development of it proprietary software known as RM Online. RM Online possesses the following critical capabilities which reflect Government minimum performance requirements: interface capabilities to SOMARDS, STANFINS, Probe, PBAS, SAMAS, TAADS, ACPERS, DCPDS, personnel and budget data reconciliation and exchange between both these systems and other DOD and command management systems, data retrieval tailoring by users at any level, data sharing both horizontal and vertical across systems, ability to summarize 218 data, ability to build and review Web S chedules, link or tie budget or personnel data into briefing charts, phased obligation plan development and review, automated Joint Reconciliation Program, and manpower development and affordability reviews. Inherent in this acquisition is continuing sof tware maintenance; help desk assistance; system and report tailoring; and expanded capabilities. Period of performance will be a base plus four one-year options. There is no technical data package.
