The Library of Congress requires the services of a contractor to review work to date, confirm as-built, purchase equipment, build, install, integrate, test and provide basic training for the National Audio Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) A/V systems being built at Culpeper, VA. The contractor will work with the Library and its audio-visual software design and site construction subcontractors to deliver a turnkey system conforming to the standards and designs set forth in the forthcoming Statement of Work. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about May 15, 2006. Detailed architectural plans for the NAVCC buildings and the A/V design plan will be available at no charge by contacting Mr. Birchard Allen, Contract Specialist after issuance of the RFP. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date, and award may occur approximately 30 days thereafter.
