The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure non-personal services on a sole source basisLivelink maintenance used in support of the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Joint Warfighting Center with Open Text Inc. This acquisition is being processed under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A firm fixed price order is contemplated. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, and the Small Business size standard is $18M. This requirement is to provide services commencing 01 May 2003 for twelve months as required by the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Joint War Fighting Center. Open Text Inc. is the only company with the requisite technical knowledge to maintain and repair the hardware, software and operating system as a complete package.
