The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 116 ACS, Camp Rilea ANG, Warrenton, OR. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Oregon PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 116 ACS, Camp Rilea ANG, Warrenton, OR. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Direct In Dial Directory Numbers, Commercial Subscriber Lines, Local Exchange Digital ISDN PRI, Public Listings, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees.
