This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement to Problem Solving Concepts Inc., 8020 Castleton Drive, Bldg 11, Suite 120, Indianapolis, IN 46250. This maintenance is to include annual coverage for the ProSolv viewer, analyzer, server and integration. The maintenance contract will include all maintenance updates, technical support and software upgrades, including all major upgrades. Access to telephone support with technical support engineers will be 24 hours 7 days a week. Period of coverage 8/01/03 through 9/30/04. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes.
