This acquisition is a combined synopsis solicitation. The Washington Headquarters Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Intelligent Devices, Inc., 300 Redland Court, Suite 204, Owning Mills, MD 21117, for The Secretary of Defense Communications and Operations Division. This requirement is for maintenance on two (2) Maxwell MX02 two talker speech masking systems. Interested parties should make their submissions by March 17, 2004. This requirement will be fulfilled on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The period of performance will be two (2) years from date of award with three (3) possible option years to follow. The purchase order will be granted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures.
