The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) modification to contract VA118-11-P-0039, to 7 Delta, 8161 Maple Lawn Blvd., Ste. 420, Fulton, Md., 20759-570, for one (1) additional month of maintenance and development services for the VA's MyHealtheVet (MHV) website to continue services while a competitive follow-on Task Order is awarded. Required services include development of portal infrastructure components and features, integration of features within the defined portal architecture, and performance of functional application level testing of features on the MHV website. This effort is issued under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program. Contracts awarded using this authority are supported by written justifications as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, "Authorized or required by statute".
