The purpose of this acquisition is to procure the services of a professional firm to furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies, necessary to develop, design and maintain an application for mobile platforms such as a smartphone (iPhone and Android) or tablet (iPad and Android) about the US Fish & Wildlife Service. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and awarded under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
