Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to procure MUMPS/CHCS computer programmer services for the Naval School of Health Sciences (NMCSD) Educational Programs located at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, California. The programmer will lead in the development of the Integrated Clinical Database (ICDB) using ESI Objects, Open VMS concepts and MUMPS global structure at NMCSD. Minimum requirements include experience as follows: 10 years of CHCS software development; 5 years of requirements analysis; 5 years of prototype development expertise; 5 years of software project management; 3 years in a military medical treatment facility; and 2 years of configuration management administration. Services required for a base year of approximately 11.5 months and three one-year option periods. The resulting contract will be commercial firm-fixed price.
