Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Time Warner Telecom Inc for 175 Analog Business lines and 600 DID for the Customs and Border Protection facility located at 6650 Telecom Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46278. This proposed contract action is for a product for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The contract period shall be for a base period and 3 (three) option years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be considered for future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
