This is a notice of intent to award a sole source fixed price purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the Oracle USA, Inc. Columbia, MD using Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) 12, Acquistion of Commercial Items. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire the renewal of software maintenance for the proprietary Oracle(formerly PeopleSoft) modules of HRMS and Payroll Interface for a period of performance of December 1, 2006 through November 30, 2007. This notice of intent in NOT a Request for Quotation(RFQ) for competitive quotes. NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. This software maintenance is considered sole source because only Oracle USA, Inc. can offer support for the modules. This award will be made, unless information to the contrary is received by LaTrina Brown at [email protected] no later than 4:30 PM EST on November 22, 2006. Information received as a result of this notice may or may not affect the award and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
