This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The purpose of this project is to support the efforts of The System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SOSE&I) Directorate of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, & Technology) (ASA(ALT)) to employ an enterprise wide Project and Portfolio Management approach for all major projects by utilizing the software suite of Oracle P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Release 8.x referred to as Primavera P6 in this document and Primavera P6 Analytics.
