A76- PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION under Reference No. S5105A-04-SW02. This is an announcement of results of the Defense Contract Management Agency’s (DCMA) streamlined competition of the Information Technology performed by the DCMA in TX and AZ. DCMA has completed a streamlined competition for information technology in accordance with (IAW) OMB Circular A-76. On December 9, 2004, the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the ATO, Contract Specialist and the Chief Information Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of this function. IAW revised OMB Circular, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition
