The Department of Veterans Affair, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, (CTVHCS) Temple, TX intends to award a Sole Source procurement to Therapeutic Research Center, Llc, 3120 W March LN FL, Stockton, CA 95219-2368., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to provide simultaneous searchable formatted on line reference materials and full text medical journals in searchable format. The contractor shall provide access to a web-based subscription to the Pharmacist's Letter for all CTVHCS pharmacist for a base year plus four (4) option years. The requirement is for an online multi-user subscription to Pharmacist's Letter for the use of CTVHCS pharmacy staff. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation document is available, interested parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 9/8/2014 at 4:00PM.
