NASA/KSC has a requirement for a renewal of Piranha IFX Software Support. NASA/KSC intends to purchase this support from Cinesys Inc. of Houston, TX 77074. This is a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Cineys Inc. is the only known responsible source that can meet the Government’s specification. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort by fax or email to Ms. Regina Clifton not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 20, 2006.
