The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Transport and Satellite Branch, Procurement Section (DITCO/PL8221), Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a purchase order under FAR Part 13 on a Sole Source Basis to N.E.T. Federal, Inc. for a series of training courses in the European theater in support of the Promina Broadband Shelf (BBS). N.E.T. Federal, Inc. holds the proprietary data rights to the Promina series of equipment and software, and is the only source capable of providing this training. This is not a request for proposal. There are no solicitation documents. Vendors desiring to submit offers must provide sufficient information to substantiate that they have the capability to provide these services. If it is determined that the offeror is capable of providing these services, a request for quotation will be issued for a competitive acquisition. Vendors must submit their requests to DITCO/PL8221 no later than close of business 07 September 2006. If no information is received by 07 September 2006, an order will be issued to NET to provide these services.
