The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement to procure an Annual Maintenance Agreement for Scalar i500 Tape Backup System located in their Data Center. The purchase will consist of (1) i500 23 U Gold Support Plan that include technical support 7 days a week ? 24 hours per day with 4 hour on-site response (Quantity: 1); and (2) i500 23U Drive(s) ? Gold that include technical support 7 days a week ? 24 hours per day with 4 hour on-site response (Quantity: 6). The Government intends to issue a Purchase Order with a twelve (12) month Base Period and two (2) twelve (12) month Options. Any Offeror who deviates from the Government?s requirement must provide a detailed explanation with their quote submission. Quotes should be submitted to Ms. Bagaria at [email protected] by 2:00 PM on 18 March 2008. Any quotes received after the closing date and time will be treated as a late submission. Quotes received by the specified closing date and time will be considered for an award. This effort is set aside for small business concerns.
