The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, VA, intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, digital circuit, capable of supporting 768 kbps service between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy, Singapore, Singapore and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Beltsville Information Management Center, Beltsville, MD in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options.
