Arcata Associates, Inc. is issuing this Emergency Sole Make and Model Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Solid State Drive System for Wavelet based Video Recorders from Quvis, Inc. in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per attached RFQ and are located in the attached WORD 9.0, file together with Arcata Associates Terms and Conditions and Representations and Certifications. Vendors have eight (8) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote to the undersigned at the Internet Address or Fax Number listed below. All attached paper work is considered part of the RFQ. The Representations and Certifications must be completed and returned with your quote. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the Synopsis. A determination by Arcata Associates to not award this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates. Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ.
