The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB AL, intends to award on a sole source basis for site License’s and Maintenance for STARRS system. The number and type of site license’s and maintenance requirements are as follows: 2 each STARRS Scan and Index Modules, 6 each verification license’s, 3 each STARRS XML Framework License’s, 316 each Concurrent User Access License’s, 1 each STARRS XML Workflow Framework License’s, 61 each Concurrent Flow User License’s, 4 each Onsite visits, Unlimited phone and e-mail support will also be included along with 2 each software updates a year. Performance period is 1 July 2004 – 1 July 2005. The Government proposes to award a firm-fixed priced purchase order to Hershey Business Systems, Santa Fe Springs CA, no later than 6 July 2004.
